Navigating Fatherhood is a structured incentive-based program designed to engage young dads in parenting education, life-skills development, and community support. Fathers earn points by attending workshops, participating in coaching sessions, and staying active in their child's development. Points can be redeemed in the Empowerment Pantry for essential items. The program strengthens father-child relationships, promotes responsible parenting, and helps young men grow into leaders within their families and communities.

Visit With Your Navigator offers individualized case management. Parents meet regularly with a trained Navigator to set goals, access resources, and receive guidance on education, employment, childcare, housing, mental health, and family stability. Navigators walk alongside each parent, offering encouragement, accountability, and hands-on support toward long-term success.

The Parent Navigators Incentive Program rewards parents for actively participating in classes, workshops, support circles, and community events. Parents earn points for attendance, completing milestones, and demonstrating progress. Points can be used in the Empowerment Pantry for diapers, wipes, clothing, baby gear, and household essentials. The program motivates engagement while reinforcing positive habits and personal development.

The Doula Program connects pregnant teens and young adults with trained doulas who provide emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy and childbirth. Doulas offer prenatal visits, birth planning, labor support, and postpartum check-ins. The program promotes healthy pregnancies, reduces stress, improves birth outcomes, and ensures young parents feel supported during one of the most important moments of their lives.

The Empowerment Pantry is a rewards-based marketplace where parents shop for baby supplies, hygiene products, clothing, and household essentials using points earned through program participation. Instead of a traditional donation pantry, this model promotes dignity, choice, and empowerment. Parents feel proud of what they have earned, and the pantry reinforces the value of staying engaged in TPN programs.

The Prevention Program focuses on education, awareness, and early intervention. Through workshops, school partnerships, and community outreach, young people learn about reproductive health, consent, healthy relationships, goal-setting, and future planning. The program empowers youth to make informed decisions, reduce risk, and build strong foundations for their futures.
