Frequently asked questions

Yes. All of our programs and case management are free for the families we serve. We are funded by donors, foundations, and partners so we can show up for young parents without barriers.

No paperwork is required to fill out the intake form or to talk with a Navigator. If you decide to enroll in specific programs, we'll let you know what is helpful (for example, an ID for the Empowerment Pantry). We can almost always work with whatever you have.

Absolutely. The Navigating Fatherhood Incentive Program is built specifically for young dads, and dads are welcome in every other program too.

We serve suburban Cook County broadly. Broadview, Maywood, Bellwood, Lombard, and surrounding communities. If you're nearby and not sure if you qualify, fill out the form. We will tell you straight or connect you with another organization that fits.

Yes. We only collect what we need to reach you. We do not sell, share, or post your information. If you are under 18, we will only contact you about TPN support and we won't share details with anyone you didn't authorize.
